این کلبه چوبی یکخوابه با چشم انداز زیبا در محدوده‌ای کوهستانی در روستای زیبا و خوش آب و هوای کندلوس از توابع بخش کجور واقع شده است که با شهر نوشهر حدود 70 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، ایوان، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه دوم فضای خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام قرار دارد، همچنین با پیمودن 12 پله به فضای خواب دیگر دسترسی خواهید داشت.
کلبه در شیب زمین بنا شده و اطراف واحد از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
گفتنی است با دسترسی حدود 7 پله به حیاط پشتی کلبه با چشم انداز کوه دسترسی خواهید داشت.
لازم به ذکر است سوخت مصرفی این خانه برای پخت و پز از مخزن گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
