این ویلا دو خوابه تراس دار با نمای سوئیسی در روستای حسن رود واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 1.5 کیلومتر و با بندر انزلی حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی ویلا می توان میز و صندلی در تراس و ایوان و تاب فلزی در حیاط را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار دارد.
