این ویلای دو خوابه مستر در جاده سهیلیه واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 12 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات ویلا می توان به استخر سرپوشیده، سیستم صوتی، میز فوتبال دستی و حیاط محوطه سازی شده به همراه میز و صندلی اشاره کرد که فضای مناسبی را برای شب نشینی و دورهمی فراهم نموده است.
حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در کوچه مستقر است.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر و یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
