این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای رامجین واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتری با کردان و حدود 40 کیلومتری با ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
این واحد دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، فوتبالدستی و سرویس ایرانی است و تنها حمام آن در یکی از اتاق خواب ها قرار دارد، همچنین ورودی استخر از حیاط ویلا می باشد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا محصور شده است و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در شهرک مستقر است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری استفاده نمایند.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می گردد که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
