این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای کشل ورزل واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر با سنگر و ورودی شهر رشت فاصله دارد.
خانه در مجاورت شالیزار و استخر پرورش ماهی قرار دارد و به همراه آلاچیق درختی موجود در حیاط، فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق می باشد. حمام و سرویس نیز در ایوان تعبیه شده اند.
اطراف حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار محصور و یک طرف مشرف به استخر ماهی می باشد، همچنین مالک در همسایگی ساکن است و جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته به دروازه و کوچه اشراف دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
