این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در روستای گوزنی تپه بالا واقع شده است که تا شهر گنبد کاووس حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات ویلا می توان به استخر سرپوشیده، جکوزی، تاب دونفره، میز بیلیارد، تاب ریلکسی و آلاچیق بزرگ در حیاط اشاره کرد که فضای مناسبی را برای شب نشینی و دورهمی فراهم نموده است.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، استخر (ورودی از پذیرایی) و سرویس ایرانی با حمام (در محوطه استخر) می باشد و در طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب، فضای نشیمن، حمام (در یک اتاق خواب) و تراس می باشد، همچنین یک سرویس فرنگی نیز در حیاط قرار دارد، لازم به ذکر است تنها سرویس ایرانی این واحد در محوطه استخر واقع شده است.
حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 800 متر ممکن است، همچنین روستا فاقد نانوایی است لذا توصیه می شود نان مصرفی خود را از قبل تهیه نمائید.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
