این کلبه دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای رحمت آباد واقع شده است که حدود 3 کیلومتر با شهر فاضل آباد و حدود 35 کیلومتر با شهر گرگان فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به حیاط دلباز مجهز به استخر روباز، سونا خشک، تاب و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
