این ویلا دو طبقه و دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده در حومه شهر سنگر واقع شده است که با مرکز شهر حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد و بالکن خانه نیز دارای چشم انداز شالیزار می باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف دارای استخر می باشد و در طبقه دوم با حدود 18 پله دسترسی خارج از ساختمان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی قرار دارد.
خانه مجهز به میز فوتبال دستی بوده و به همراه آلاچیق و میز پینگ پنگ در حیاط فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور است، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد و جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر دوربین مداربسته مشرف به کوچه می باشد.
توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
