این کلبه سوئیسی سه خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای گونه کلا واقع شده که تا شیرگاه حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که طبقه اول با دسترسی حدود 15 پله دارای استخر، لابی، حمام و سرویس فرنگی و طبقه دوم دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام، سرویس فرنگی با ایرانی و تراس دلباز می باشد، همچنین در طبقه سوم سه اتاق خواب و بالکن دنج قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله 500 متری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
