این کلبه دو خوابه در محله خوش آب و هوای چپرسر واقع شده است که حدود 700 متر با ساحل دریا و حدود دو کیلومتر با شهر شیرود فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این واحد می توان به استخر بزرگسال و کودک، جکوزی، فوتبالدستی، آتشدان و حیاط دلباز اشاره کرد.
