این ویلا دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در روستای ییلاقی و خوش آب و هوای ویسر واقع شده که تا کجور حدود 40 کیلومتر و حدود 60 کیلومتر با نوشهر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و تراس دلباز می باشد و در طبقه دوم یک اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن دنج قرار دارد، همچنین این واحد دارای دو اتاق خواب در طبقه بالا است که درب یکی از اتاق ها قفل بوده و قابل استفاده مهمانان نمی باشد.
این واحد دارای یک تراس دلباز با 10 پله دسترسی از پذیرایی است، مکانی برای لذت بردن از منظره و هوای مطبوع . همچنین این ویلا دارای یک حیاط خلوت دنج و پلکانی هست که با حدود 35 پله قابل دسترسی است و با چشم اندازی زیبا فضایی آرامش بخش را برای شما فراهم می کند.
محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار و از طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر تراس، حیاط و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است سوخت مصرفی کلبه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
