این ویلای دوخوابه به همراه استخر سرپوشیده در روستای ازون بیجه واقع شده است که تا شهر بجنورد حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، ورودی استخر، سرویس ایرانی و حمام مجزا می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید استخر دارای دو ورودی مجزا از اتاق خواب و حیاط می باشد.
حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
