این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای بادان محله واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر سیاهکل حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و یک سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با فنس فلزی محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
