این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر می باشد به همراه حوضچه آبسرد در روستای پسنده علیا از توابع شهر عباس آباد واقع شده است.
این ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا سه اتاق خواب (یک اتاق خواب مستر)، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و یک بالکن تعبیه شده است.
لازم به ذکر است علاوه بر وجود ویدیو پروژکتور و تردمیل در واحد، یک حوضچه آبسرد روباز به ابعاد 2.9 در 3.9 و به عمق 1.5 در حیاط ویلا قرار دارد که فضای مناسبی را جهت استفاده مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، محوطه و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر امکان پذیر می باشد.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد، همچنین وای فای رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار میگیرد.
