این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در محیطی شهرکی در روستای میاندج محله از توابع شیرود و با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر رامسر واقع شده است.
وجود استخر سرپوشیده و میز فوتبال دستی در ویلا و حیاط دلباز فضای مناسبی برای استفاده و دورهمی های مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این ویلا در طبقه همکف شامل استخر، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم راهرو، سه اتاق خواب (دو اتاق مستر) و تراس قرار گرفته است.
