این خانه روستایی دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز و بزرگ در روستای اولم واقع شده است که تا شهر شاندرمن حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله شامل آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و تراس می باشد و یک بالکن دنج کنار ورودی راه پله قرار گرفته است.
در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام و سرویس ایرانی این واحد در اتاق خواب مستر تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با پرچین چوبی محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد از این رو دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد ، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 5 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد، همچنین وای فای رایگان نیز در اختیار مهمان قرار می گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
