این خانه مبله یکخوابه مستر در شهرک نمک آبرود واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه چهارم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه هشت واحدی آسانسوردار قرار دارد.
خانه در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن قرار گرفته است.در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام این واحد در اتاق مستر تعبیه شده است و گفتنی است مهمانان به اتاق خواب دوم این واحد دسترسی ندارند.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار شهرکی محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر پارکینگ و راه پله مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
