این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای آسیابر واقع شده است که با دیلمان حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد در طبقه ی بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در قرار دارد.
محوطه کلبه با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از کلبه سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 300 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
