این ویلای دوبلکس یکخوابه در مسیر زیبای اربکله در روستای وانکوه واقع شده است که تا شهر توریستی رامسر حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه دوم دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، بالکن، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، بالکن، سرویس ایرانی با حمام و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است که حیاط آن بصورت مشترک با واحد همکف مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود سه کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
