این ویلا دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در منطقه گیسوم واقع شده است که تا ساحل حدود 4 کیلومتر و با شهر اسالم حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده و تراس فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 5 پله شامل استخر سرپوشیده با دسترسی از سالن، اتاق خواب مستر می باشد و در طبقه دوم پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام، سرویس ایرانی و تراس قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و گفتنی است مسجد در فاصله حدود 200 متری این واحد قرار دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
