این ویلا دوخوابه با حیاط دلباز در شهر چالوس واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 500 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی های فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف شامل استخر سرپوشیده با دسترسی از ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب و تراس قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا به سبک خانه های شهرکی با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و سرایدار در نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
