این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای نبی آباد و جاده پلاژ واقع شده است که حدود 1.5 کیلومتر با ساحل دریا و حدود 5 کیلومتر با شهر فرح آباد فاصله دارد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
