این ویلا دو خوابه در منطقه پاسداران شهر بندر انزلی واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 500 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد و میز فوتبال دستی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل سالن پذیرایی، ورودی استخر سرپوشیده، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، تراس و حمام با سرویس فرنگی قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود، لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
