این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای بشمن واقع شده است که با شهر بندر انزلی حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب و با دسترسی حدود 8 پله یک بهارخواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
