این کلبه با نمای چوبی به همراه ایوانی دلباز در مجاورت چند کلبه دیگر در روستای دهنده واقع شده که با شهر صومعه سرا حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان با میز و صندلی، تخت دبل، یخچال، تلویزیون و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و یک سرویس ایرانی در محوطه حیاط قرار دارد، توجه داشته باشید که فاقد آشپزخانه و امکانات پخت و پز می باشد.
در حیاط مجموعه یک کافه با میز و صندلی و چتر سایبان قرار گرفته که قابل استفاده مهمانان می باشد، همچنین امکان سفارش و سرو صبحانه با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه فراهم است.
محوطه حیاط از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر به وسیله فنس محصور شده و نگهبان 24 ساعته در مجموعه مستقر است.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
