این ویلا چهار خوابه مستر با دو استخر سرپوشیده و روباز در روستای خورین واقع شده که با رودهن حدود 11 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 50 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی ویلا می توان میز بیلیارد، سیستم صوتی، آتشدان و آلاچیق را نام برد، همچنین در محوطه حیاط یک زمین والیبال و یک زمین بازی با چمن مصنوعی تعبیه شده است که می تواند انتخاب خوبی برای برگذاری کمپ های ورزشی باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، چهار اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد.
ویلا بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده بطوریکه از سمت ورودی کاملا همکف و بدون پله است.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
