این کلبه سوئیسی در روستای خوش آب و هوای لتاک و در مسیر جاده دو هزار واقع شده است که حدود 7 کیلومتر با شهر خرم آباد و حدود 10 کیلومتر با تنکابن فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی و طبقه بالا دارای یک فضای خواب مستر بدون در می باشد، همچنین در طبقه آخر بهارخواب قرار دارد.
حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
