این ویلا تریپلکس چهار خوابه با 1 خواب مستر روف گاردنی با چشم انداز کوه و دریا در ابتدای جاده اربه کله در منطقه کتالم رامسر واقع شده که با شهر رامسر حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا دارای آسانسور داخلی می باشد به گونه ای که امکان دسترسی به استخر سرپوشیده و روف هم از طریق آسانسور ممکن است، از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان میز بیلیارد، وان جکوزی و میز و صندلی در روف را نام برد.
