این خانه روستایی با ایوان دلباز در روستای گودی گوابر و بعد از منطقه جنگلی تابستان نشین واقع شده است که با شهر املش حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه نیز در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته که با پیمودن حدود 4 پله به سمت بالا قابل دسترس است.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و برای دسترسی به خانه لازم است تا خودرو خود را در فاصله حدود 100 قدمی پارک نموده و باقی مسیر که دارای شیب است را بصورت پیاده طی نمایید.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان دلباز، سالن پذیرایی، یک اتاق خواب با سینک ظرفشویی می باشد و سرویس ایرانی و حمام در انتهای ایوان قرار گرفته که باید حدود 4 پله را به سمت پایین طی نمایید، توجه داشته باشید که خانه فاقد یخچال و اجاق گاز می باشد.
محیط اطراف این خانه با توجه به بافت ییلاقی منطقه محصور نیست و میزبان نیز در طبقه پایین سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی باید مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی را از قبل و از شهر تهیه نمایند.
