این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در یک مجموعه گردشگری، تفریحی در روستای خشکلا واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 8 کیلومتر و با برج های متل قو حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد که رو به آبگیر مجموعه بنا شده در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب قرار گرفته است.
گفتنی است استفاده از ورزش اسکی روی آب و پدل برد و قایق پدالی برای مهمان این کلبه دارای 30% تخفیف می باشد.
اطراف مجموعه با فنس فلزی محصور شده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، همچنین نگهبان 24 ساعته در ابتدای باغ حضور دارد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این کلبه از طریق برق تامین می شود.
