این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه در محیطی شهرکی در روستای صلاح الدین کلا واقع شده است که حدود 35 کیلومتر از نوشهر فاصله دارد.
دو اتاق این ویلا مستر است و به همراه حیاطی سرسبز و دلباز فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و با دو پله سالن می باشد و با 8 پله نیز در طبقه بالا دو اتاق مستر و تراس با چشم انداز جنگلی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، شهرک دارای واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته می باشد. دوربین مداربسته نیز به محوطه شهرک اشراف دارد.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 200 متر از ویلا ممکن است.
