این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه در جاده پلاژ شهر جویبار واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 400 متر و با شهر جویبار حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 800 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه از طریق چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است ولی همراه اول از پوشش خدمان معمولی تری برخوردار است.
گفتنی است حدود 30 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا بصورت سنگ ریزی شده می باشد.
