این کلبه سه خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای چالو واقع شده است که حدود 8 کیلومتر با شهر نشتارود فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به حیاط دلباز مجهز به استخر روباز، جکوزی، میز و صندلی در کنار چشم اندازی بی نظیر اشاره کرد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 8 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و تراس دلباز با چشم انداز جنگل قرار دارد.
درنظر داشته باشید یک اتاقک شیشه ای در مجاورت واحد بعنوان فضای خواب طراحی شده که دسترسی به آن از حیاط امکانپذیر است، همچنین کلبه فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر پشت ساختمان و ورودی به سمت کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 40 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی و دارای پیچخم و شیب ملایمی از جاده است.
