این خانه مبله یکخوابه به همراه بالکن شیشه ای با چشم انداز جنگل و دریاچه در روستای پاشاکلا واقع شده که با قائمشهر حدود 12 کیلومتر ، با بابلکنار (جاده لفور) حدود 8 کیلومتر و با شهر بابل و شیرگاه حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 32 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
در فاصله حدود 20 قدمی از خانه، یک دریاچه دائمی قرار دارد که از پذیرایی هم قابل مشاهده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، بالکن شیشه ای با مبلمان، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه پایین سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
