این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای لزربن و در جوار یک گلخانه واقع شده است که تا شهر شیرود حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید ورودی بالکن از اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه حیاط از طرفی با دیوار و از طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین در محوطه حیاط یک کلبه کاهگلی وجود دارد که قفل و غیر قابل استفاده برای مهمان می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید در فاصله حدود 100 متری کلبه یک ساختمان نیمه کاره در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 150 متر و یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 50 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت شن ریز و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
