این خانه دوبلکس سه خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است، با حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در روستای سراجار واقع شده است که حدود 25 کیلومتر از لاهیجان فاصله دارد.
این خانه در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی با دسترسی حدود 15 پله واقع شده است.
خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم نشیمن و دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف حیاط از 4 طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به صورت مشترک با مهمانان طبقه اول استفاده می شود. لازم به ذکر است یک سگ نگهبان مهربان در حیاط و در جای مخصوص خود نگهداری می شود.
