این کلبه سوئیسی بالکن دار در مجاورت چند کلبه دیگر در مجموعه ای نزدیک به دریا در ساحل گیسوم واقع شده است که تا جنگل گیسوم حدود 2 کیلومتر و با شهر اسالم حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد که یک اتاق دارای بالکن نیز می باشد.
محوطه حیاط مجموعه فاقد دیوار و حصار می باشد ولی نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در ورودی مجتمع مستقر است.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 60 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
