این کلبه چوبی با ویو کوه و شالیزار در رستم کلا واقع شده که با بهشهر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی کلبه می توان میز و صندلی و تاب فلزی در حیاط را نام برد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
