این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو اتاق آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده و جکوزی در شاندیز واقع شده که با شهر مشهد حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی ویلا می توان میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی و ایرهاکی را نام برد، همچنین در محوطه حیاط صندلی با میز آتشدان و چتر سایبان برای استفاده مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن پذیرایی، سه اتاق خواب(دو خواب مستر) سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
