این ویلا جنگلی دو خوابه در روستای سنگ پشته واقع شده است که حدود 20 کیلومتر با شهر رامسر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده و تراس فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین در فاصله حدود 20 متری واحد دامداری قرار دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
