این ویلا دوبلکس یکخوابه به همراه حیاطی با چشم انداز کوه و شهر در روستای سیدکلا از توابع بابلکنار واقع شده است که با شیرگاه حدود 14 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
در حیاط دلباز و خوش منظره این ویلا یک میز و صندلی باغی برای استفاده مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و و برای دسترسی به ویلا باید حدود 10 پله از حیاط را به سمت بالا طی نمایید.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک سالن پذیرایی، یک اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار دارد، لازم به ذکر است که طراحی طبقه بالا بصورت تمام چوبی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
