این کلبه سوئیسی تراس دار به همراه صبحانه رایگان با جکوزی 2 نفره در روستای کنارسر واقع شده که از کوچصفهان حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این کلبه در یک مجموعه گردشگری قرار دارد و این واحد در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه با دسترسی حدود 15 پله بنا شده که طبقه همکف این ساختمان در حال حاضر به بهره برداری نرسیده است.
واحد دارای پذیرایی ، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
در این مجموعه پخت غذای محلی مثل باقلاقاتوق، میرزاقاسمی، مرغ شکم پر و ... برای وعده ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
اطراف این مجموعه 4 واحدی از 4 طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار به صورت نیمه وقت در محوطه مجموعه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته شده است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری کلبه دسترسی خواهند داشت، البته جهت رفاه بیشتر مهمانان امکان ارسال خرید سوپرمارکتی با پیک در محل اقامتگاه فراهم می باشد.
