این ویلا دو خوابه مستر در روستای ایقربلاغ از توابع تهراندشت واقع شده است که با شهر کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات واحد می توان به استخر سرپوشیده، تاب باغی، میز بیلیارد، دوچرخه ثابت، تردمیل، سیستم صوتی، آلاچیق و میز و صندلی باغی اشاره کرد که فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی فراهم کرده است.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی ویلا کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
