این کلبه چوبی یکخوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای میانهاله واقع شده است که حدود 12 کیلومتر با شهر کتالم فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب بدون در قرار دارد.
حیاط کلبه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید، همچنین سوخت مصرفی از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 20 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
