این خانه دو خوابه در روستای کراجوبکنار واقع شده است و با شهر خرم آباد حدود 3 کیلومتر و با شهر تنکابن حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه ی همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه‌ ی دو واحدی بنا شده که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، استخر، جکوزی، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، همچنین تنها حمام این واحد در یکی از اتاق خواب ها قرار دارد.
حیاط خانه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه بالا همین ساختمان سکونت دارد که ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه‌ی خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله‌ی حدود 300 متری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه‌ی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
