این کلبه دو خوابه بالکن دار در روستای پیرسرا واقع شده که با شهر شاندرمن حدود 5 کیلومتر و با شهر ماسال حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی کلبه می توان سیستم صوتی، تاب فلزی و صندلی با میز آتشدان که در بالکن تعبیه شده را نام برد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی از کلبه سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
