این ویلا دوبلکس چهار خوابه در شهر چمخاله واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 30 متر و با شهر لنگرود حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آلاچیق و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب می باشد و در طبقه دوم پذیرایی، آشپزخانه دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی قرار گرفته است و در طبقه سوم با دسترسی حدود 10 پله از تراس طبقه دوم، یک اتاق خواب (بهارخواب) تعبیه شده است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 600 متر ممکن است.
