این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه در فاصله ای نزدیک از تله کابین در روستای سفید تمشک واقع شده است که با شهر رامسر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که در طبقه همکف پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی قرار گرفته و در طبقه دوم اتاق خواب ها، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و تراس واقع شده است، همچنین روف ویلا از طبقه دوم قابل دسترسی می باشد.
