این سوئیت در باغ 2000 متری از توابع سراوان در روستای قاضیان واقع شده است که تا شهر سنگر حدود 10 کیلومتر و تا شهر رشت حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید واحد فاقد آشپزخانه و امکانات پخت و پز است.
