این کلبه در یک مجموعه اقامتی 5 واحدی در مجاورت رودخانه و در روستای خوش آب و هوای شاهکلا واقع شده است که حدود 5 کیلومتر با لفور فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب بدون در قرار دارد، همچنین واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار سنگچین شده کوتاه و از طرف دیگر با شیشه محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همین مجموعه سکونت دارد، همچنین محوطه و ورودی به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد.
در نظر داشته باشید به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است، همچنین چند سگ مهربان در محله حضور دارند که گاهی اوقات در محوطه تردد می کنند.
